It was built in 1848 and hasn’t all the quirks of a house built before the Civil War and I love it. Something that may be of interest to you as an architect...
Floating stairs. Every house you build should have a floating staircase.Also the walls are a foot thick of just brick.

yea that things pretty nice. I love the staircase. I bet the crown molding is actually plaster an not wood. I did some work on an 1820's house and it had all plaster crown molding

The future mother in law has a Mercedes and this Infiniti. Finances dad has an Avalon, her brother has a Tacoma, but the dads gf has a Rogue. There are definitely a few intruders but pretty Toyota otherwise
